LithaBraz will deal with the introduction of a novel 3D printing technology,the lithography-based ceramic manufacturing {LCM} technology,developed and commercialized by the company Lithoz to the Brazilian marked with a strong focus on the medical market and medical application.

Where did the project idea come from?
The idea came from the experience of how difficult it can be introducing novel high-end technologies and especially services and products in a medical context into new markets abroad.
Why did you select that specific target country?
Brazil was selected due to strategic reasons as South America is a new market area for our company and Brazil has a highly developed medical services sector.
Who are your partners in the target country?
The local partner is the company AMS Brazil and in the collaboration with AMS Brasil the requirements on the machine,software,material and process are being defined. Also, the requirements for a subsequent ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency) approval is another topic of this collaboration through the Regulatory Affairs Department of AMS Brasil and its partner network.
What is your long term vision for your company working in your chosen partner country?
The long term vision is achieving the ANVISA approval for the LCM technology and corresponding materials as well as establishing a partner and customer network there.
What impact do you believe INNOWWIDE will have on your company?
The LithaBraz project will be a key element for Lithoz’ market development in South America.
