INNOWWIDE organized the 2nd Consortium Meeting in Porto

The INNOWWIDE project had its 2nd Consortium Meeting in Porto, Portugal, on April 2nd and 3rd 2019. The event was hosted by one of the project’s partners, SPI – Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (www.spieurope.eu), at their headquarters in Porto. All other partner organisations, from 8 different European countries, were represented in the meeting.

During the meeting, the consortium went through the different Work Packages (WP) and specific tasks that are currently being developed. The main discussion topic was the 1st Call for VAPs (viability assessment projects) that had just been launched (on April 1st) and that is currently open until May 31st.

Regarding this 1st VAP Call, the project partners aligned strategies for the dissemination and outreach, namely on the preparation of a number of activities to efficiently spread information about this opportunity to potential applicants. Another important issue also addressed was the need to support potential applicants during the application stage. This point was carefully discussed among the partners in order to provide the most adequate responses, so those VAP applicants can have the needed support when it comes to the application process and all the call related details.
